Murray Citation

Equipped with bottom of the line derailleurs, the shifting is a bit sluggish. The ride is as supple as a steel road bike can be. The heavy steel tubing and steel rims add to that ride quality. The bicycle in the pictures has a 52cm seat tube and rides on 26x 1-3/8'' tires. Although heavy, these bikes can be maintained and last a fair amout of time if taken care of properly. It is common to see these bicycles stripped down and converted to single speeds and beater commuters for their lack of flair and down right simple nature.
